Foley schools boast high standards and outstanding credentials. The feeder pattern for the city includes Foley Elementary School (Pre-K to 4th grade), Magnolia Elementary School (Pre-K to 6th grade), Foley Middle School (7th and 8th grades) and Foley High School (9th to 12th grade). Foley Sports Complex

This state-of-the-art sports venue was created by enthusiasts who want to make Foley a go-to destination for competitive youth sports. This "Alabama Turfgrass Association 2011 Sports Complex of the Year" opened in 2009 and hosts the USSSA Baseball World Series and the Alabama Soccer Festival. The 100-acre site includes the Raymond C. Christensen Memorial 5-plex used for both baseball and softball and the Ralph Schumacher Soccer Complex featuring three lighted fields. There are two concession pavilions, a children's playground and a reflection pond on the campus.

Their mission is to:

 …attract sporting events and other sports-related activities to Foley and the Gulf Coast area to increase hotel room nights, to maximize the positive economic impact of these events and activities and to promote the image of Foley as a tourist destination on the state and national levels.

OWA

One of the more popular activities in Foley is OWA, a gated amusement park that includes rides, rollercoasters, games topped off with cotton candy, popcorn and treats. Downtown OWA offers shopping and dining for the whole family. You can also attend live events – comedy shows, magic shows and musical performances.

Locals and tourists are also excited for the waterpark coming in 2022 that will include indoor and outdoor features to be enjoyed year-round.
